About Chris

Good leadership depends on healthy lines of communications that inspire others to see the vision as the course is set, find ways to overcome challenges and generate the confidence for the team to move forward. This philosophy has allowed Chris to build a unique background of sales, operations, process and strategy experience that are the foundation he uses for development of staff and organizations.

EXPERIENCE

Startup to Enterprise expertise

The first entreprenuerial venture was a video documentation service. Later he turned around a wireless internet startup that required monthly cash infusions to survive; through aquisition transforming it into a regional player; and setting it up for sale within 12 months.

In telecommunications there was a defining moment when Chris participated in a CEO taskforce to formulate and execute a new company structure that combined the wireless and landline groups to be put in place immediately. This lead to him being the only exectutive to stay on when the wireless properties were sold to create a national company.

Recognized for the most successful acquisition integration in the new companies history, Chris became a key business influencer and community advocate as a board member of local chambers, Junior Achievement and education foundations.

By developing a recurring revenue model, he transformed security integrators, improved their close rate and renovated the customer experience.

For a mid-market wireless retailer, Chris advanced a 110 store dealer into a consistent top 3 producer for corporate liable sales and created a unique sales training program.

In Fortune 500 organizations he is blending technology, process and sales communication for their commercial accounts to transform the customer experience.

Within the classroom Chris is preparing the next generation to be work-reasy critical thinkers that can make a difference day one.

Client segments include IT, technology, telecommunications, education and security integrators.
